Leadership Ben Malek Ben Malek is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Malek & Associates. Ben is an industry veteran when it comes to planning, deploying and supporting enterprise-wide messaging and collaboration solutions. Ben has spent his career leading technology service organizations in the deployment of messaging based solutions. Prior to founding Malek & Associate in 2001, Ben was vice president of Infrastructure Solutions K+ Technology Solutions, a regional technology services provider based in Chicago. Before K+ Technology Solutions, Ben served as a Senior Manager of Architecture, Technology and Planning with Baxter International, a leading medical products and services provider based in Chicago. In addition, he served as a professional services manager for Whittman-Hart, a national technology services provider based in Chicago. Ben is a published author of Best Selling Technical Books and was a columnist of the very popular “Ask Ben” column in DominoPro/Group Computing and e-Pro Magazines. Mr. Malek holds a BS in Business and Economics degree from Lehigh University. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Victoria. Larry Rosenbaum Larry Rosenbaum serves as Malek & Associates' Vice President of Client Relations and Business Development. Larry is responsible for driving growth at Malek & Associates. He brings over 20 years of operational, management and executive experience to the company. Prior to joining Malek & Associates, Larry was a consultant for Leo J. Shapiro and Associates, a leading Market Reseach firm in Chicago, where he led various initiatives around multi-channel interactive survey research. Before that, Larry was a Vice President and Partner with MarchFirst and Whittman-Hart. Larry led numerous strategic growth initiatives for the firm including development of new consulting practices, mergers, and strategic alliances. Prior to that Larry served in various senior IT capacities at Arthur Andersen, Price Waterhouse and Winston & Strawn. Mr. Rosenbaum holds a BA from the University of Illinois. He resides in Chicago, Illinois with his three children. Aaron Richardson Aaron Richardson serves as Malek & Associates Technology Director. Aaron brings over 17 years of experience in overseeing technology various messaging initiatives from planning to providing the on-going maintenance and support. Prior to joining Malek and Associates, Aaron spent 10 years with Teradyne, a manufacturing company in Boston, MA. Before that Aaron was a Systems Administrator with MegaTest based in San Jose California, and Triton Container International based in San Francisco. Mr. Richardson holds a BS degree in Business Administration from California State University. He lives in Tampa, Florida with his wife Wanessa and their daughter Ashley.
